Message	you only have about 5 min to work with it before it soaks in/evaporates on you =o) Don't know how to explain it but I thought it would remain oily but it didn't. I actually found myself stuck to where I had to lift up on the coupling and spray more underneath. once it's on there it's solid. I agree that silicone that would remain greasy may give you problems.
